If you are interested in changing either the origin or destination address of your child’s shipment, please contact our team at your earliest convenience. Please be advised that this will require new shipping labels to be printed that reflect the updated address(es). A $10.00 edit fee will be assessed for order modifications that require the creation of a new shipping label. Your new shipping label(s) will be automatically generated and emailed to you for printing.
IMPORTANT: We recommend confirming desired dates, addresses, etc. prior to booking your order to avoid any additional fees or hassles. If an unavoidable change needs to be made to your order, please contact our customer support team prior to the scheduled pickup or drop off date so we can assist you in correcting your child’s order.
