ShipCamps does not provide packaging. To ensure your shipments arrive securely, all items must be packaged in either a soft duffel bag, soft trunk, suitcase, hard trunk or box. All sporting equipment must be packed properly in a travel case or sports bag.
If you’ve scheduled a pickup, please make sure your shipment is properly packaged before 9 a.m. on the day of pickup. Please note: Pickup drivers do not carry or provide packaging supplies at the time of collection.
If you plan to drop off your shipment, a box and shipping supplies can be purchased at any carrier location. A box is not required if your gear is already packed in one of the methods listed above but you can box your shipment for extra protection if you wish. We recommend calling the carrier location ahead to confirm that the location has any necessary shipping supplies in stock.

IMPORTANT: Orders booked at least (3) business days prior to their pickup date will receive a welcome packet with their shipping labels and bag tags. Shipping supplies are available at most carrier drop off locations. Prices and fees may vary and are charged at the discretion of the carrier store. ShipCamps will not be responsible for any reimbursement of shipping supplies.
