Creating your ShipCamps account is easy and can be completed in a matter of seconds. To create an account, all we need is your name, phone number, and email address. Simply enter a personal password, agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and you'll be ready to send your camper's camp gear to their camp! Have a Facebook or Google account? You can easily register through Facebook or Google and start sharing your camper's ShipCamps experience with all your friends and family.
Once your account has been created, you'll have full access to a handful of unique features, including an address book for easy ordering, stored account and payment information, and quick access to your shipment history. Shipping Labels
If your order is booked at least 3 business days before your scheduled pickup or drop-off date, you will receive a complimentary welcome packet from ShipCamps that contains your outbound shipping labels adhered to easy-to-attach luggage tags, zip ties, and ShipCamps bag tags.
If you booked a round-trip order or a shipment one way from camp, we will send your campers' return labels directly to camp for you!
What if I book within 3 business days of the pickup date or need to print my labels?
if we are unable to send you a welcome packet you will be prompted to print your shipping labels after completing your order. If you are required to print your labels, you can find your shipping labels in your order confirmation email or your ShipCamps account. To ensure your shipping labels are secured, we strongly suggest going to a local FedEx Office and obtaining a fly tag or oversized luggage tag. Please check your order confirmation email to confirm if you need to print your shipping labels.

How to Change My Password
Can’t remember your password? Simply select 'reset password,' and an email will be sent to you momentarily to assist you with creating a new password for your ShipCamps account.
View All Shipments
Your ShipCamps account will allow you to access all of your past orders in addition to any upcoming shipments. View and confirm your order details, print your labels, and let ShipCamps do the rest!
