Damaged or Missing Item(s):
While it is rare, if your shipment is delivered and an item inside your shipment is damaged or missing, please click here to access the Claims Form and Instructions. Once submitted, a member of our Claims Team will review your submission, and follow up by email to either approve your claim or advise if any additional items are needed for approval. All claims must be filed within 10 days of the actual or scheduled delivery date.
The amount you will be able to claim for the damaged or missing item is designated by the amount of insurance you chose for your bag during the booking process. If you have any questions regarding these instructions, or need assistance completing our online claims form, please contact us.
