ShipCamps guarantees that all shipments will arrive prior to camper arrival. If your camp is partnered with us, we’ve coordinated directly with them to determine the most appropriate delivery dates.
During booking, you’ll be prompted to select your camper’s session. Based on that selection, available pickup dates will appear on the calendar. Once a pickup date is chosen, we’ll display the service levels that ensure your shipment arrives by your camp’s required delivery date.
If a session dropdown is not available during booking, we recommend scheduling your shipment to arrive at least 3 business days prior to your camper’s arrival.
For return shipments at the end of camp, if the date is not prefilled, please select either the last day of camp or the next business day as your pickup date.
Please note that our partnered carriers typically do not pick up or deliver shipments on weekends.
