If your order is booked at least 3 business days before your scheduled pickup or drop-off date, you will receive a complimentary welcome packet from ShipCamps that contains your outbound shipping labels adhered to easy-to-attach luggage tags, zipties, and ShipCamps bag tags. Your order confirmation email will specify if you are receiving a welcome packet.
If you booked a round trip order or a shipment one way from camp, we will send your campers return labels directly to camp for you!
If your order is booked within 3 business days of your pickup date, and we do not have time to send you a Welcome Packet:
You will be prompted to print your shipping labels after completing your order if we are unable to send you a welcome packet. If you are required to print your labels, you can find your shipping labels in your order confirmation email or your ShipCamps account. To ensure your shipping labels are secured, we strongly suggest going to a local carrier store and obtaining a fly tag or oversized luggage tag. Please check your order confirmation email to confirm if you need to print your shipping labels.
IMPORTANT: The driver collecting your shipment will not have packaging or labeling materials of any kind. All shipments must be fully packaged, labeled, and ready for pickup prior to your scheduled collection. Shipping supplies are available at most carrier drop-off locations. Prices and fees may vary and are set at the discretion of the carrier. ShipCamps cannot reimburse costs associated with these supplies.
