Welcome Packet:
As long as your order is booked at least 3 business days before your pickup date, Ship Camps will physically mail you a welcome packet that contains your outbound shipping labels adhered to easily attach luggage tags and Ship Camps bag tags. If you book a round-trip order, your return shipping labels are sent to camp by us before your child’s departure date from Camp.
If we do not have time to send you a Welcome Packet:
An 'Order Confirmation' email will be sent to the provided email address after you've placed
your order. This email will contain a link to your shipping label and can be forwarded to any
person or location that offers printing services. Our Customer Support Representatives
typically recommend forwarding your shipping label to a nearby FedEx Office Print & Ship Center or UPS Store for printing assistance. If you booked a round-trip order, your return shipping labels are sent to camp by us before your child’s departure date from Camp.
IMPORTANT: The driver coming to collect your shipment will not be equipped with packaging or labeling materials of any kind. All shipments must be properly packaged, labeled, and readily available prior to your scheduled pickup. Shipping supplies are available at most carrier drop off locations. Prices and fees may vary and are charged at the discretion of the carrier store. Ship Camps will not be responsible for any reimbursement of shipping supplies.
