Once you have your label, please follow the steps below to ensure it is securely attached to your hard trunk:
- Use the labels provided in your Welcome Packet. If you did not receive a Welcome Packet, please print the labels included in your order confirmation email.
- Either secure a luggage tag to the handle of your hard trunk and place your label or tape the label to the top of your hard trunk using clear packing tape (fully covering it, similar to laminating).
There are two ways you can get a luggage tag:
- Book Early! Orders placed at least (3) business days prior to the pickup date (and originating in the United States) will receive complimentary shipping labels and luggage tags in a welcome packet mailed to the origination address.
- Buy a luggage tag from a local carrier store. You can use our online store locator to find out where a nearby store is. We always recommend calling the location beforehand to ensure they have supplies in stock.
Important: The only label that should be attached to your hard trunk is the label for this specific leg of your shipment. Please do not include any labels for future shipments. If you have any questions regarding these instructions, please contact us.
