Once you have your label, please follow the steps below to ensure it is securely attached to your soft travel bag.
- Use the labels provided in your Welcome Packet. If you did not receive a Welcome Packet, please print the labels included in your order confirmation email.
- Secure your luggage tag to the handle of your soft travel bag.
There are two ways you can get a luggage tag:
- Book Early! Orders placed at least (3) business days prior to the pickup date (and originating in the United States) will receive complimentary shipping labels and luggage tags in a welcome packet mailed to the origination address.
- Purchase a luggage tag from a local carrier store. You can use our online store locator to find out where a nearby store is. We always recommend calling the location beforehand to ensure they have supplies in stock.
Important: The only label that should be attached to your soft travel bag is the label for this specific leg of your shipment. Please do not include any labels for future shipments. Additionally, do not tape the label directly onto your bag, as it will not be securely attached. If you have any questions regarding these instructions, please contact us.
