If you are interested in changing either the origin or destination address of your shipment, please contact our team at your earliest convenience. Changing the origin or destination address will require a new shipping label to be printed that reflects the updated address. A $10.00 edit fee may be assessed.
Your new shipping label(s) will be automatically generated and emailed to you to print if we are unable to mail you your new labels in a welcome packet.
IMPORTANT: We recommend confirming desired dates, addresses, etc. prior to booking your order to avoid any additional fees or hassles. If an unavoidable change needs to be made to your order, please contact one of our travel specialists prior to the scheduled pickup or drop off date so that we may assist you in correcting your order. Changes to your delivery address once in transit are subject to additional fees and can delay the delivery of your shipment.
