Should you need to cancel your child’s order for any reason, please contact a Customer Support Representative. When submitting such a request via email, please include the name on your order along with the intended pickup date and location. Once your request has been reviewed, a member of our support team will confirm the cancellation.
A refund will be applied to the method of payment used to place the original order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. A $10.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded to your card.
