If you are making this request via text or email, please include the name on your order, along with the type of bag you would like to add to your booking. Your request will be reviewed by a member of our support team and any changes will be confirmed promptly.
You will receive an email indicating your additional shipment has been added to your order along with a link to print your additional shipping label if we are unable to mail you the additional label.
IMPORTANT: We recommend confirming desired dates, addresses, etc. prior to booking your order to avoid any additional fees or hassles. If an unavoidable change needs to be made to your order, please contact one of our travel specialists prior to the scheduled pickup or drop off date so we can assist you in correcting your order.
