Adjusting your insurance value, service level, ship date, bag size, packaging method, addresses, personal information, etc. on your shipment are all modifications that can be made to an existing order. Many of these modifications must be made prior to the shipment being in transit, and some will require you to print and attach a new shipping label prior to shipping.
To request an order modification or change, simply contact one of our travel specialists for assistance. Some changes may be assessed a $10.00 modification fee.
IMPORTANT: We recommend confirming desired dates, addresses, etc. prior to booking your order to avoid any additional fees or hassles. If an unavoidable change needs to be made to your order, please contact one of our travel specialists prior to the scheduled pickup or drop off date so that we may assist you in correcting your order.
