When scheduling a pickup from a residence, please make sure that your shipment is packaged properly, labeled, accessible, and that it is ready for the entire pickup window.
Additionally, if you live in an apartment building, it is best that your shipment be available in the lobby or with the door staff.
Pickups can be scheduled on any business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Preparation and Labeling: Ensure your shipment is properly packed and labeled before the start of your selected pickup window on the day of your scheduled pickup. This helps in avoiding any last-minute rush and ensures that your package is ready for collection.
Packaging Requirements: Your campers' items must be securely packed in a soft trunk, duffle bag, sports bag, suitcase, hard trunk or a box. This ensures the safety of your items during transit.
Pickup Window: Your shipment should be ready and accessible for the driver throughout the entire pickup window selected. If you've selected a 9:00 am - 6:00 pm window, residential pickups typically occur in the afternoon or early evening, having your shipment ready by 9:00 am ensures a smooth and timely pickup. The carrier picking up your shipment is specified on your order confirmation email and your shipping label.
Driver Instructions: If the driver needs to knock on the door or ring the doorbell, please leave a note on your door with any specific instructions. This can help in ensuring the driver can quickly and easily collect your shipment without any confusion.
Special Pickup Instructions: If you have any specific instructions for the driver, such as where to find your shipment or how to access your property, please contact us in advance. Providing detailed instructions can help in avoiding any delays or issues during the pickup process.
Presence at Home: It's not necessary for anyone to be home for our driver to collect your shipment. If you're not going to be home, just make sure your package is in the designated location, labeled and accessible for the driver.
Apartment Buildings: If you live in an apartment building, please leave your shipment with the door staff, in the lobby, or in the designated pickup location. Ensure that your door staff or building management is aware of the carrier picking up to facilitate a smooth collection process.
