At Ship Camps, we are truly dedicated to simplifying the way families and kids travel to camp. That's why we offer the option to have their bags, trunks, and boxes collected directly from your doorstep. Our partnerships with major logistics providers allow us to schedule pickups from virtually any location for just an additional $4.99 or $9.99 for a same-day collection.
If you have booked your order in advance, your assigned logistics provider will pick up your child’s shipment(s) on your selected date at the specified location. Our pickup window is between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. If you do not anticipate being present for the entirety of that window, simply leave the shipment(s) outside next to your front door and a driver will complete the collection. Make sure the shipping label is securely attached and visible for the driver to see. If you have secured your label to the bottom of your child’s bags, box, or trunk, make sure you lay it in a way that clearly presents the label for the pickup driver.
Leaving a brief note on the door of your residence may assist the driver in completing the pickup. Simple directions like "at side door" or "please knock/ring for pickup" are often suggested by our agents when assisting customers with pickup questions.
If your pickup location is an apartment complex or office building, we recommend leaving your child’s shipment(s) in the designated shipping and receiving area of that location. If your business has a daily pickup, your pickup will more than likely be assigned to that same driver.

IMPORTANT: The driver coming to collect your shipment will not be equipped with packaging materials of any kind. All shipments must be properly packaged, labeled, and readily available before your scheduled pickup.
