If you are making this request via text or email, please include the name on your order, your original pickup date and the new, desired pick up date. Your request will be reviewed by a member of our support team and any changes will be confirmed promptly.
Changing a pickup or drop off date does not require new shipping labels to be printed as long as the service level, insurance amount, and origination/destination addresses are remaining the same.
IMPORTANT: We recommend confirming desired dates, addresses, etc. prior to booking your order to avoid any additional fees or hassles. If an unavoidable change needs to be made to your order, please contact one of our travel specialists prior to the scheduled pickup or drop off date so we can assist you in correcting your order.
