Your assigned logistics provider will collect your items within the requested timeframe at the specified location. If you won’t be present for the entire window, you can leave your shipment(s) outside next to your front door at your discretion. Just be sure your shipping label is securely attached and clearly visible to the driver.
Leaving a brief note on your door with instructions such as “at side door” or “please ring for pickup” can help the driver locate and collect your items efficiently.
For apartment complexes or office buildings, we recommend placing your shipment(s) in the designated shipping and receiving area. This varies by building, but typically is a mail room, shipping/receiving area, concierge desk, etc. If your building has a regular daily pickup, your shipment will likely be assigned to the same driver.
Whether you’re shipping from a residence, business, office, vacation home, or back from camp, our team closely monitors all pickups to ensure everything goes smoothly. All you need to do is pack, and label your shipment prior to pickup.
If you have specific requests or instructions for the driver, please contact our Customer Support team so we can provide the necessary information to the carrier. Please note that private residence gate codes cannot be accepted by our partnered carriers.
IMPORTANT: The driver collecting your shipment will not have packaging materials. All shipments must be properly packaged, labeled, and ready for pickup before the scheduled pickup time.
