Prior to your camper’s departure, we send return shipping labels directly to camp so everything is properly packed and labeled. We coordinate with camp staff to confirm all items are ready for pickup on the scheduled date—helping get your camper’s gear back home as quickly as possible.
You’ll receive notifications when return labels are sent to camp and again once your shipment is picked up and on its way home. Once your return shipment is arranged, there’s nothing more you need to do—we’ve got it covered.
