When tracking your shipment, you may notice a recent scan shows a shipment exception. Exceptions can happen for many reasons. The most common is that the barcode on your label could not be scanned, so the carrier either replaced it with a new barcode or moved the shipment by hand through a facility. In some cases, an exception scan may indicate that the shipment is being held for delivery as planned.
Your shipment will still use the same tracking number and is expected to arrive by your delivery date.
We track all shipment exceptions through our internal systems and monitor your shipment every step of the way. If your shipment has received an exception and you have any questions, please contact us.
